At Morley Out of School Care, our Educators acknowledge that children learn through play and recognize the importance of providing opportunities for self-directed play, allowing children to make choices, takes risks and participate in activities that enhance life skills.
We are accessible to all members of the community and we aim to develop positive relationships with all families to create an inclusive centre. We are licensed to care for up to 75 children per day, aged from 4 years and upwards.
Encouraging the children to challenge themselves and initiate their own exploration and experimentation is something we strive to do at Morley OSHC. Our environment fosters the development of lifelong friendships that are mutually beneficial and fulfilling and that assist in developing life skills such as sharing, forgiveness and dealing with conflicts, but more importantly that create a sense of belonging.
We have a bus that picks up children from the following schools:
- Weld Square
- Hampton Park
- Noranda
- Morley
- Hillcrest and Embleton Primary Schools
Hours of Operation & Fees
- Before School Care: Mon- Fri 6.30am – 9.00am Session Cost :$29.00
- After School Care: Mon – Fri 3.00pm – 6.00pm Session cost:$41.50
- Vacation Care: Mon- Fri 6:30am – 6.00pm
- Pupil-free Days: Mon- Fri 6.30am – 6.00pm Session cost: $67.50+
- * Any applicable Childcare Subsidy is paid directly to the service.
Enrolment & Orientation
Parents are welcome to come alone, or with their children (children are more than welcome to engage with the other children and play while they wait). Parents / caregivers will be introduced to our friendly staff, shown the areas that we use and a given a general rundown of the service and an opportunity to ask any questions they have.
